From the plane to the driver's seat
- Check in online before you fly. Send us your driver details, insurance and flight number in advance, so your paperwork is ready when you land.
- Take the free Holiday Inn shuttle. On the Arrivals Level (Level 1), outside baggage claim, use the curbside zones across from Doors 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 15, 20, 23, 24 or 28. Follow the signs to the shuttle zones just past the crosswalk and look for the shuttle marked “Holiday Inn”. It runs every 30 minutes, on the hour and the half hour, 24 hours a day.
- Pick up contactless. At the Holiday Inn Miami–International Airport (1111 S Royal Poinciana Blvd, Miami Springs, FL 33166), check in at our bilingual self-service kiosk and collect your keys from the smart key box. No counter, no line, and after-hours pickup is available.
- Drive away. Newer cars, SunPass-ready for Florida toll roads, with 24/7 roadside assistance included.
- Return the same way. Bring the car back to the Holiday Inn Miami–International Airport, drop off contactless, and ride the same free shuttle back to your terminal.
